Goals for 2019

My mantra for 2019 is “I am the architect of my life.”

All of my goals for this year have to do with self-care, and I don’t want these “resolutions” to take over my mind and make me feel bad if I don’t meet every goal.

  • Yoga and stretching
  • Meditation
  • Foam rolling
  • Drink more tea
  • Get more (and better) sleep

It would be easy for me to go off about the places I hope to travel and the material goals I want to accomplish, but those offer only fleeting satisfaction. I am ready to work on myself in 2019. I want to equip myself with the tools I need to be happier on the daily.
