Workout Wednesday | August 8th – 14th

I’ve moved away from the yoga videos, and I’m trying to incorporate a more personalized yoga and stretch session into my daily routine.

I’m having a lot of fun creating my workouts. My first set a few weeks ago was fun, then the last set was even better, and I’m so in love with my current set up. I love to sweat not because I’m hot, but because I’m working hard.

I’m hoping to find more variety in my 30 minute cardio sessions, but that hasn’t been a priority.

Wednesday, August 8th

30 min HIIT on arc trainer

Testing: DL 230

Bar lunge with pulse 3x30E | Dead lifts 3×4, 4×1 | Foot raised push-up 3×8

Overhead press 3×8 | Hammer curl 3×10 | Chest flies 3×10

Lunge front hop 3x10E | Wrist curls with KB 3x10E

Thursday, August 9th

30 min Hills plus on stationary bike

Testing: Chest press 90

Chest press bar 4×6, 3×1 | Plate overhead lunge to step up 4x8E | Weighted jump squats 4×10

Med ball throw 4×12 | Single arm elevated push up 4×6

Cable machine: Rear delt pull slight bend 4×8 | Tricep extension 4×8

Banded sumo squat pulse to jump 3×10

Friday, August 10th

30 min HIIT on arc trainer

Bulgarian squat with hop to SL RDL 3×6 | Smith machine side sumo squat 3×8 | Bent-over row pronated and supinated with bar 3x8E

RDL to jumping sumo squat KB 4×10 | Tricep bench push-off 4×10 | Cable machine rear dealt 4x10E

Hip thrusts with hip circle 3x(10-5-5)

Saturday, August 11th

30 min Around the world on stationary bike

1Arm DB chest press 4×8 | Heavy hammer bicep curls 4×6 | Tricep 90 degree elbow press 4×10

Tricep push up 4×6 | Med ball overhead slam 4×10 | Upright row 4×8

Push up to Squat curl 3×10

Sunday, August 12th

30 min HIIT on arc trainer

Diamond front raises DB 4×8 | Around the worlds DB 4×10 | Heavy RDLs 4×10

Reverse lunge to overhead press 4x6E | Squat to banded row 4×10 | Box jump 4×10

Plank with front raise 3x5E

Monday, August 13th

Good mornings 4×10 | Front squat 4×8 | One legged sit squat 4x6E
