Workout Wednesday: July 4th-10th

I want to hold myself accountable and have regularly themed posts, so here one is! I will be sharing a workout summary of what I’ve done in the past week.

Wednesday, July 4th

This was my first day back in the gym after my road trip, so I was eager to get back into the swing of strength training. The goal of the day was to make myself as sore as possible, and I definitely accomplished that.

30 minutes on “Around the World” stationary bike

3×10 Squats | 3×10 RDLS | 3x10E Eccentric bicep curls

3×10 Hanging leg raises | 3x8E Palloff press | 3×10 Med ball slam

Thursday, July 5th

30 minutes on the Arc trainer, high incline and resistance HIIT

30 minutes on Hills Plus stationary bike

Friday, July 6th

20 minutes on “Around the World” stationary bike

3×10 Push-ups | 3×10 Weighted back extensions | 3x10E One-arm rows

3x10E Front/Side arm raises | 3x10E One-arm banded pull-down | 3×12 Straight-arm cable pull down

Saturday, July 7th

Greg and I took a day trip to New York, so I didn’t go to the gym, but we did walk about 32,406 steps that day.

Sunday, July 8th

I repeated my Wednesday workout.

Monday, July 9th

20 minutes Hills Plus stationary bike

3x10E One-arm heavy rows | 3x10E One-arm DB chest press

3×10 Leg abduction machine | 3×10 Leg adduction machine

3x10ishSec Chin-up hold

3×10 Banded squats | 3×10 Straight-leg cable kickbacks | 3×10 Band pull apart/raise

Tuesday, July 10th

I repeated my Friday workout, but with 30 minutes on the Arc trainer instead of the bike.
